- How does the free trial work?
OneSpan Sign offers a free 30-day trial with no purchase obligation and no credit card required. To sign up, simply fill out the form, follow the instructions to set up your account and start eSigning documents for free. If you wish to upgrade to a Professional or Enterprise account, you will be able to do so at any time during your free trial. At the end of the free trial, you will no longer be able to create new transactions, but you will still be able to edit and complete existing transactions. Nothing will be lost, we will keep your data for 120 days. You can always come back within that time and continue where you left off by choosing a plan on our pricing page.
- Does everyone signing the document need a Onespan Sign account?
No, recipients of your documents do not need an account to sign with OneSpan Sign. Recipients can review, complete, and sign documents without having a OneSpan Sign account.
- Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade from a Professional Plan to an Enterprise Plan at any time by contacting us.
- How can I change billing details?
To change your billing details, you will need to refer back to the invoice email that was originally sent to you after your purchase, and access the provided link to change these details. If you cannot locate the invoice email, please get in touch with our support team so they can resend the email.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Will I get a refund?
To cancel your subscription, simply go back to the your invoice where you can access the link to cancel your subscription. After you cancel, you will continue to have full access to OneSpan Sign for the rest of your billing period. We do not offer refunds.
- How many transactions can I send for signatures each month or each year?
There is no limit on the number of transactions you can send with the OneSpan Sign Professional Plan.
- How long will my data be kept on Onespan Sign system?
Your Onespan Sign transactions will be stored up to 120 days from the date of creation.
- Is my data secure?

- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for payment.
- How is tax calculated?
All prices are tax exclusive, and additional taxes (GST, VAT, US sales tax, etc.) may be applied to your invoice.
- Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
Your subscription will be automatically renewed every year until cancelled. For cancellation, please refer to the dedicated question above. We will send you a reminder via email before the renewal date.
