(Nasdaq: VDSI; www.vasco.com), a leading software security company specializing in strong authentication products, announced today that it has launched its DIGIPASS as a Service platform on salesforce.com’s AppExchange. DIGIPASS as a Service is now available for test drive and deployment on the AppExchange, the world’s most-popular marketplace for business apps, at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange/. VASCO will demo the solution at Dreamforce 2011 in San Francisco from Aug. 30 – Sept. 2.
DIGIPASS as a Service is VASCO’s cloud-based authentication offering for cloud computing and web-based applications, giving enterprises the strong user authentication they need to protect business-critical information.
VASCO manages the full authentication process on the back-end so that the application provider can focus on its core business. DIGIPASS as a Service is aimed at the business-to-employee (B2E) segment. Earlier, VASCO launched its hosted authentication services for the B2B segment.
