OneSpan is seeking a Partner Sales Manager for the Nordics to join our EMEA Channel team. This role involves collaboratively implementing, managing, and executing OneSpan’s Partner Program across the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships, setting objectives, developing strategies, and executing methods to drive successful channel sales. This includes leveraging extensive business and market development experience with a deep understanding of channel partner co-sell, resell, and OEM/ISV sales models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute OneSpan's Partner Program while recruiting, onboarding, and growing a diverse partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with sales, partner marketing, and internal teams (engineering, support, product management) to maximize partner engagement and sales impact.
  • Negotiate fair business terms within OneSpan guidelines and deliver accurate, timely sales forecasts.
  • Build strong partner and customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Drive pipeline and lead generation to exceed partner growth goals, aligning partner business plans with regional sales strategies.
  • Clearly communicate OneSpan’s growth strategy and cybersecurity solutions to partners.
  • Adapt to evolving processes with a proactive, self-sufficient approach.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6+ years in ICT sales (direct/indirect) for software/hardware, with 4+ years in partner/channel sales, preferably in security.
  • Direct sales experience with end users and a proven ability to engage executive-level prospects in business discussions.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-first, results-driven mindset and a proactive, entrepreneurial sales approach.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
