Enhanced offerings with the flexibility to handle more workflows

We consistently improve our solutions to provide more ways for you to digitize paper processes and lower the cost of automation. Out of the box workflows and integrations can be configured with a few clicks, minimizing your dependency on development resources.

This summer, we will be releasing new features in OneSpan Sign, to help you manage complex workflows with the ability to create ad hoc signing groups  for both internal and external recipients, as well as allow recipients to be added more than once to a transaction for countersigning .

Seamless eSignature integration into business processes is necessary for simplifying workflows and boosting productivity. New and expanded use cases for  out-of-the-box integrations with business applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Greenhouse, Dynamics, Guidewire Cloud, and more will be available in April. To keep up with this need for faster communication, we expect to release OneSpan SMS notifications this summer. It will allow users to send instant notifications straight to signers’ phones, inviting them to eSign documents.
