eSignatures Made Simple with OneSpan Sign’s New User Experience
E-Signature technology has been around for years, allowing people to get documents filled out and signed in no time. When organizations consider e-signatures, they’re looking for a solution that offers authentication, security, and even workflow customization. But when it comes to adoption and choosing a vendor, organizations expect the e-signature solution to be easy to use for both internal and external stakeholders. Let’s face it, keeping up with the pace of business can be a challenge. You want an e-signature solution that helps you, not frustrates you.
With OneSpan Sign, sending a document for e-signature is as simple as uploading a document, entering your recipient’s email address, placing your signature blocks then sending the document out. And with the recent launch of its new user experience, OneSpan Sign helps users get documents signed faster than ever before. The sender user experience has been overhauled to provide a more intuitive interface for preparing and sending documents quickly and easily.
What’s Improved:
100% responsive across multiple devices: OneSpan Sign is now completely responsive across multiple devices. With the experience optimized for all screen sizes, users now have the flexibility to create their e-signature transactions from their desktop computer, tablet, or even mobile phone.
New top-to-bottom flows and streamlined views: The interface was re-designed to include a natural flow when creating a new transaction. The top-to-bottom approach guides the user so that they can easily add documents, recipients and even access advanced settings such as user authentication to validate their recipient’s identity.
New centralized dashboard: The dashboard gives users a snapshot of account activity to track all incoming and outgoing transactions. Real-time data is available to users for intelligent decision-making about all of their digital transactions.
E-Signature Use Cases:
Shorten approval times: Premier, a healthcare alliance of approximately 3,400 U.S. hospitals and 110,000 service providers, incorporated e-signatures to easily transact with their vendors. Premier shortened sign-off times on contracts from 10 days down to 1 day. Premier also gained a competitive advantage by offering the same e-signature capability to executives who now sign contracts from anywhere, at any time, on their mobile devices.
Reduce paper consumption: NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), a federally funded R&D facility, had an automated e-contracting system but wanted to go paperless. Even with their state-of-the-art contract management system, without e-signatures they were still chasing wet signatures for 30,000 – 40,000 contracts annually. OneSpan Sign’s e-signature solution eliminated the need for physical archiving space for signature documents, and reduced the number of errors involved with chasing wet signatures on paper.
Save money: The State of Vermont’s Department of Information and Innovation (DII) manages the delivery of IT products and services to all of the state’s government departments. The DII signs 240 vendor contracts monthly. Each contract is circulated for review, negotiation, revisions, completion and signature among numerous internal and external stakeholders. Since adopting e-signatures, the DII has eliminated the $30 round-trip courier fee for each of those 240 contracts each month – saving $86,400 annually.
