In this video, we guide you step-by-step through setting up your DIGIPASS FX7 for secure access to the OneLogin platform.
- Open your web browser and navigate to the OneLogin platform.
- Log in using your current user ID and click "Continue". Enter your password and proceed. If prompted, add a one-time passcode (OTP) to continue.
- Once logged in, locate your profile in the upper right corner. Click it and select "Profile" from the drop-down.
- In your profile, select "Security Factors" in the menu. Click "Add Factor".
- Next, you'll be asked where to save the passkey. Select the "Security key" option and proceed.
- To finalize the setup of your DIGIPASS FX7, click OK on the Security key setup pop-up.
- Now, insert your DIGIPASS FX7 into a USB port on your computer. When prompted, enter the PIN you used to register your DIGIPASS FX7.
- Finally, tap the luminous button at the end of your DIGIPASS FX7.
- Your passkey is now saved and ready for use.
- Next, you can opt to use DIGIPASS FX7 as your primary authentication option by toggling the Options button and selecting "Set as primary".
You can now securely log on to the OneLogin portal with your DIGIPASS FX7.
