Position Overview
The objective of the Junior Production Engineer is to prepare Hardware & Software deliveries to customers, making licenses for production for the manufacturing plants in Asia and Europe.
This position is open to candidates who have their residence in Belgium as we require the person to be at the office 2 to 3 times per week.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Translation of orders into technical parameters in order to ensure the right products/solutions are produced. Our partners rely on your input to produce high volumes of our hardware. Software is directly created by you and your colleagues.

Production preparation towards the manufacturing plants (technically, administrative IT, this does not include working in a production plant)

Creation of licenses for the manufacturing plants

Verification of files for direct shipments

Verification of files for “internal production” batches (specific customer orders)

Verification of the quality for each process step
Requirements

Bachelor degree (IT/ICT/Electronics/Electro mechanics) or equivalent through experience

Special interest or affinity with IT Software

Strong analytical skills, enabling you to define the best and cheapest solution to the customer

Quality-minded and proactive

Ability to work within time critical guidelines

Fluency in English and Dutch is a must
