OneSpan Sign for Guidewire ClaimCenter (cloud)

Building customer trust and loyalty requires processes that are efficient, secure, and that deliver superior experiences for both the customer and the agents that support them.

But let's face it, in claims workflows, signing documents with paper creates experiences that are inefficient, prone to errors, and that slow processing times often when customers are at their most vulnerable.

This is where OneSpan Sign for Guidewire ClaimCenter helps transform outdated processes into easy interactions that your customers and agents will love.
OneSpan Sign delivers secure and responsive eSign experiences that work across devices, are easy to use, reduce errors, and help meet regulatory requirements.

Setting up an eSign transaction in Guidewire ClaimCenter is simple. First, select or create a new claims record. Then add the signer’s role. Select the person who will be signing and add a new role. In this case, it’s Signer 1. If you plan to have the signer authenticate with a one-time password, enter their mobile number. Set the primary phone to the number where the SMS one-time password will be sent.

Verify the signer’s email. Specify this email as the one where claim updates should be sent.

Now add the documents that need to be signed. Upload your documents and set the status and the document type. Select one or multiple documents and send for eSign. You should see that the OneSpan Sign package was sent to the claimant.

The claimant receives an email notification requesting they sign.  Next, because you enabled SMS one-time password authentication, the claimant will need to enter it to log in to the signing session. Once they accept the eSign consent disclosure, they are presented with the documents to sign. With a click, they sign and the document is dated. The completed documents and audit report of the signing process are returned to the claim record in GuideWire ClaimCenter.

OneSpan Sign for Guidewire ClaimCenter delivers eSigning that meets the security and compliance requirements of the most demanding and requlated industries like insurance. Documents are digitally signed, tamper-sealed, and include the most comprehensive audit trail embedded in every document, all without leaving familiar workflows in GuideWire ClaimCenter.
